Email Customer Support Specialist
At Gemango we are looking for experienced Customer Support Specialists to expand the existing Email Support Team that currently provides English email support (no voice support) to users of our in-house developed aviation software.
Aside from a basic orientation with the aviation software, the email support specialist will work closely with on-site and overseas developers of the software itself in order to have a proper insight into the support requirements. The customers are mainly aviation pilots worldwide that use the software on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Handles customer service issues with regards to the operation and use of the software, data conversion, and collaborates with the in-house software team for unknown issues.
- Communicate efficiently with the internal and overseas team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use all available tools to resolve customer issues and be involved in building our support team.
Requirements:
- Experience in providing email support preferably in an IT or BPO setting.
- Good English writing communication skills for providing email support.Good English speaking communication skills for communicating with our overseas development team.
- Tech-savvy and interested in technology in general to understand the product.
- Experience in aviation or any related topic is a big plus.
- Willing to work 1 day in a weekend per month
